I'm a counsellor, kinesiologist, aromatherapist, mum and community volunteer living in a rural Queensland community where the population is small, and the professional isolation is real. Most days you'll find me at my office in town seeing clients, attending community meetings, or trying to perfect my aromatherapy blends. Over the last ten plust years, I've built an integrative practice that weaves counselling together with kinesiology and aromatherapy; navigating not just the usual challenges of rural practice, but also the questions that come with offering complementary modalities alongside traditional therapy. I've learned through trial, error and a lot of solo problem-solving. These days, I'm passionate about making sure other rural counsellors don't have to figure it all out alone the way I did.

Why Me?
I'VE SPENT TEN PLUS YEARS NAVIGATING RURAL COUNSELLING PRACTICE - I UNDERSTAND THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES BECAUSE I LIVE THEM DAILY.
I'VE BEEN RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE... SECOND GUESSING CLINICAL DECISIONS, ANXIOUS ABOUT DUAL RELATIONSHIPS, AND CARRYING PROFESSIONAL UNCERTAINTY ALONE.
I DON'T BELIEVE IN RIGID, ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL SUPERVISION. I WANT EACH COUNSELLOR I WORK WITH TO FEEL HEARD IN THEIR UNIQUE CONTEXT, NOT FORCED INTO URBAN-BASED TEMPLATES.
I'VE BUILT A SUSTAINABLE INTEGRATIVE PRACTICE IN REGIONAL QUEENSLAND AND PROVIDE SUPERVISION USING METHODS THAT HONOR THE REALITIES OF RURAL PRACTICE.
"The best supervision doesn't make you feel inadequate for struggling with challenges that are genuinely complex. It makes you feel capable of managing them with confidence."
