Professional Practice Cannot Be Separated From Context

This is where meaningful supervision starts

Every practitioner brings a unique combination of personal values, professional responsibilities, workplace expectations and community realities. Those influences shape the way we think, practise and respond to the challenges we encounter. Professional practice cannot be separated from context.

Reflective supervision provides the opportunity to explore your context alongside legislation, ethical codes and best practice, helping you gain perspective, strengthen your professional confidence and continue developing in ways that are thoughtful, practical and authentic to who you are as a practitioner.

Tailored to your practice

Every supervision conversation begins with understanding your unique context, your practice and what matters most to you. Together, we'll reflect on your work, consider different perspectives and thoughtfully explore the legislation, ethical responsibilities and best practice that inform your professional practice.

Whether you're exploring an ethical dilemma, reflecting on the impact of client work, strengthening professional boundaries or simply wanting  dedicated time to reflect on your practice, each session is shaped by what is most relevant to you and your professional development.

One-to-One Supervision

Learn alongside practitioners who understand your context

Group supervision brings practitioners together to learn from one another's experiences. Alongside structured learning, you'll hear different perspectives, explore shared challenges and discover that many of the situations you face are not yours alone.

Each session includes focused professional development, opportunities for discussion and facilitated reflective conversation. Together, we consider the unique context of each practitioner alongside legislation, ethical responsibilities and best practice, creating practical learning that extends well beyond the session itself.

Groups are intentionally limited to six practitioners, allowing everyone the opportunity to contribute to the conversation.

Introductory Call

Let's start with a conversation

Choosing a supervisor doesn't have to be a decision you make on your own. An introductory call gives you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your practice and learn more about my approach before deciding whether to take the next step.

It's a relaxed, no-obligation conversation designed to help you make an informed decision about your supervision.

Supervision that Considers the WHOLE Picture

No two supervision conversations are ever the same. While each session is guided by what is most relevant to you, my approach ensures we continue to consider the broader aspects of sustainable professional practice over time.

Using the STEP UP framework, we explore not only your clinical work, but also the ethical, professional and practical elements that influence the way you practice. This helps ensure important areas aren't overlooked while allowing every supervision conversation to remain responsive to your unique context.

Support

Helping you consider how you support your clients through the counselling process, strengthening your use of therapeutic skills while remaining responsive, ethical and grounded in your approach.

Track

Reviewing progress over time, following through on important discussions and recognising patterns, strengths and areas for further development in your professional practice.

Educate

Integrating legislation, ethical responsibilities, professional standards and ongoing learning so your practice continues to develop with confidence and integrity.

Performance

Supporting your professional growth by reflecting on goals, workplace expectations, accountability and the practical aspects of maintaining high-quality professional practice.

Wellbeing

Recognising that sustainable practice begins with looking after yourself. Together we consider the habits and supports that enable you to continue providing thoughtful, ethical care over the long term.

Practice

Supporting the systems, organisation and professional development that enable sustainable practice, whatever your workplace or career stage.

Rather than working through this approach in a fixed order, we use it flexibly, allowing each supervision conversation to respond to what is most relevant while ensuring the broader picture remains in view over time.
